Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in our Tirana office for a Social Media Manager. As a Social Media Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to promote and increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to our website. You will also create, curate, and manage engaging content, monitor, and analyze social media performance, manage social media advertising campaigns, and stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective social media strategies and campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
- Passionate about social media and digital marketing, with a keen eye for detail and industry trends
- Fluent in English and Albanian
